I'm Marco Rossi, PADI Instructor and founder of Uncharted Diving Expeditions.

After years of working in high-volume dive operations, I realized that the part of diving I valued most was getting lost in the routine, the connection with the people I was diving with.
​
I created UDE to bring that back. Smaller, privately guided experiences where we can get to know our divers, understand what they want from the day, and adapt the dives around their experience, interests, and the conditions.
​
Today, whether you're diving with me or one of the guides I work with, that idea remains the same: a more personal way to experience Costa Rica's Pacific.
