FROM YOUR FIRST BREATH TO THE PACIFIC
Your first scuba experience, step by step.
1. LEARN
Learn about your scuba equipment, basic safety, and the essential skills you'll use underwater.
2. GET CONFORTABLE
Practice in the pool with your private instructor until you're comfortable breathing, moving, and communicating underwater.
3. GO DIVING
Head to the Catalina Islands with your instructor for two ocean dives, putting into practice what you learned in the pool.
YOUR FIRST DIVE, AT YOUR PACE
Everyone learns differently. With your own instructor and a private pool session, you'll learn the essential skills and get comfortable with scuba before heading to the ocean.

YOUR DISCOVER SCUBA DAY
TRIP SCHEDULE:

6:30 AM: Meet for pool training

8:00 AM: Depart for the Catalina Islands

12:30 PM: Return to Potrero
EXPERIENCE:

No previous scuba experience or certification required.

POOL TRAINING
Private introductory pool session before the ocean dives.
