At Uncharted Diving Expeditions, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, while also helping us manage limited boat space and guide availability.

Weather & Operator Cancellations

In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to weather, ocean conditions, or minimum participant requirements:

  • You will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost

  • Decisions will be made with your safety as our top priority

How to cancel

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by the person who booked the tour.

Important notes

  • No-shows, late arrivals, or guests unable to dive due to medical or certification issues are not eligible for refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

  • Uncharted Diving Expeditions is not responsible for costs related to missed flights, transportation issues, or personal emergencies

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers activity cancellations and medical emergencies related to scuba diving
